Father’s Day Gift Ideas Under $100

posted in: Gift Guides

Dear old Dad. We love him with all of our hearts, but he is tough to buy for! He probably just wants to spend time with you, but if you want to give him something special, I found clever gadgets, grooming gifts, and gear for the grill, all for under $100. Too steep? Check out my Gifts Under $50 guide for dads.

TECH & GADGETS

HP Sprocket Photo Printer ($79.99, originally $129.99 on Amazon)

With this clever gadget, Dad can print out the photos that you sent to him via email or text, and the sticky-backed, 2×3” photos are perfect for the fridge or a photo album.  He can even use the free app to make edits right from his phone. The portable printer is available in several colors.

Sharper Image REFRESH 01 Rechargeable Personal Desktop Fan ($69.99 on Amazon)

This portable, cordless, 3-speed fan will keep Dad cool while he’s doing all the things; from grilling to home workouts to WFH. The fan runs for 17 hours on one charge and re-charges in under 4 hours.  Bonus, the REFRESH 01 has an optimized sound, which helps to mask out distracting noise.

InfinityLab InstantGo 10000 ($69.95)

This sleek mobile charger will juice up his phone in a flash and comes with a built-in lightning or USB-C cable – so handy!  The 10,000 mAh charger will fully charge his phone twice, so no matter where his adventures take him, he’ll be charged and ready to go.

JBL Clip 4 Eco ($79.99)

This portable, eco-friendly speaker has an integrated carabiner, so it can be clipped to a bike, golf club bag, cooler, backpack…pretty much anything! This speaker is deceptively powerful for its size, and it’s waterproof, dustproof, and has a 10-hour playtime on one charge.  Available in 3 colors.

Recteq Instant Read Thermometer ($59.98)

This multifunctional tool is a must for cooking indoors and out. It’s a digital thermometer for meats (Fahrenheit or Celcius), but it also has a bottle opener, corkscrew, and pocket knife! Requires 2 AAA batteries (included).

TB12’s Vibrating Pliability Mini Sphere ($99)

If Dad complains of aches and pains, he will be delighted to receive this handy ball. The vibrating ball is placed where he is experiencing soreness and has 4 vibration levels so he can select the intensity that is comfortable for him. The ball is small enough to be used even on the smallest of muscle groups, and because of its tiny size, it’s also portable.

UVI Self-Heating Lunch Box ($99.99, originally $119.99)

Bringing lunch from home is a great way to prevent food waste and save money, but that old-school thermos won’t keep his food warm enough for lunchtime! Instead, he can place leftovers from the fridge into the stylish, leakproof UVI, take it to work, and plug it in 25 minutes before it’s time to eat (no refrigeration required!). Come lunchtime, the food is nice and hot – the UVI will even steam rice and veggies! It also includes a UV light that kills up to 99 percent of bacteria, an odor-resistant liner, and a movable divider. Available in three colors.

HANDY GIFTS

BYBBA Balos ($56)

Everyone needs a reusable bag on hand for errands and unexpected shopping trips! This bag, which is made in a BSCI-certified factory in Kampong Speu Province, Cambodia, is roomy enough to accommodate the spoils of a trip to the farmer’s market or goodies for a picnic in the park and it folds into its own pocket when not in use. The rope ties are from upcycled fishing nets, and the fabric is made from 100 percent post-consumer recycled plastic, including waste from oceans and beaches and plastic water bottles. The Balos is available in several cool colorways, and monogramming is available for $9.99.

Deeps Sleep Patches ($25 for 5, $45 for 10).  If Dad sometimes struggles with sleep, these patches will give him some sweet relief! They adhere to the inner wrist and contain some of my favorite tried and true sleep ingredients, like Melatonin, Ashwagandha, Lemon Balm, L-Theanine, and Valerian Root. The patches are packed into ta slim travel tin, so the patches can go wherever life takes him.

Travalo Milano Fragrance Atomizer ($40 on Amazon)

Dad will love being able to dispense his signature scent into this refillable atomizer, which is easy to fill, durable, and leak-proof.  Available in a wide variety of colors, including black vegan leather with polished silver.

Walmart Chef Buddy 19 Piece Heavy Duty BBQ Set with Case ($45.44)

This heavy-duty stainless-steel set looks much more expensive than it is.  Your grillmaster Dad will appreciate the selection of the tools that are included, like a wire brush for cleaning the grill and corn cob holders, and that everything nestles neatly into the storage case.

Sierra Designs Grotto Cooler 20L Pack ($99.95)

My husband has been eyeing this one whenever he comes into my office (a good sign).  This super sturdy and water-tight cooler/backpack combo holds 20L of food and drinks (equal to 28 cans). It keeps the contents cool for hours and the backpack straps free up his hands. It also has a removable bottle opener, a zippered stash pocket, and tote handles for another carrying option.

Snow Fox Stainless Steel Rocks Glass Set with Ice Bucket ($100)

This double-walled, insulated ice bucket, tongs, and rocks glasses will make a stylish and functional addition to his barware situation.  The bucket and glasses are stainless steel so there is no condensation and they won’t break when dropped, and the lid clips onto the side of the bucket (so smart!). Available in 4 finishes.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Murray’s Father’s Day Feast ($95)

A Father’s Day Feast – how could Dad resist?  This gift box includes three expertly-chosen and unique cheeses: a Bucheron, Jumi Chili Raclette, and a Grayson, plus a beef salami, sliced speck, cornichons, and spiced almonds. All Dad needs now is his favorite baguette or crackers to graze the day away.

Delysia Chocolatier Gentleman’s Gift Box ($89.95)

This box of elegant treats is sure to please any discerning chocolate lover. The gift set includes 9 truffles infused with Scotch, Bourbon, and Rum, 3oz. of pecan cayenne chocolate bark, 3oz. Of s’mores chocolate bark, and 5 solid molded chocolate cigars in dark, milk, and white chocolate.

Via Carota Craft Cocktails ($99)

If he loves a cocktail but prefers not to have to work for it, these ready-made, crafted cocktails are the way to go.  There are three options to choose from; the Martini Set with a Signature Martini and Espresso Martini, the Negroni Set with a Classic Negroni and White Negroni, and the Bourbon Set with a Signature Manhattan and Old Fashioned (my fave). The cut-glass cocktail bottles contain several servings each and the set includes two beautiful crystal glasses for serving.

CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES

Lolë Cove Swim Trunks ($71)

If Dad is on the hunt for the perfect swim/gym trunks that are also eco-friendly, these are a great choice. They are produced using eco-friendly practices with a 100 percent certified recycled fibers fabric that is comfortable and quick-drying. They are fully lined and ventilated, provide UPF 50+ protection, and have secure pockets. Available in 3 colors and sizes S-XXL.

Swet Tailor Virtus Short ($99)

Swet is a menswear brand that specializes in perfectly tailored garments for every day and any occasion. Their shorts are a favorite for me because they are made with a lightweight, Poly/Spandex fabric that is incredibly soft and forgiving – like athleisure – but with crisp tailoring that can take Dad from day to evening. Male, female, or in between, you might just want to treat yourself to a pair. I will be wearing mine all summer. Available in five colors.

Enso Rings MOD by Enso Silicone Bracelet ($69.99)

This brand is known for its silicone rings, but I was drawn to this bracelet because I’ve never seen anything like it. It’s ideal for the guy who wants to wear an accessory but doesn’t want anything flashy.  The bracelet is so comfortable that it can be worn 24/7. Available in several color combinations and sizes, and personalization is available.

GROOMING

The Beard Struggle Beard Essential Kit ($66.99, value $77.96)

A man loves his beard and this kit has everything he needs to care for it! The set includes a special wash and conditioner, a taming beard balm, and a nourishing nighttime oil. The products smell fantastic – masculine, but very faintly so – and the packaging is stylish enough to look great on his dresser.

Billy Jealousy Marked IV Life Tattoo Kit ($30 on Amazon)

This 3-piece set includes a Tattoo Wash, Lotion, and Salve, which are designed to help new tattoos heal and keep existing tattoos looking bright and defined. The packaging features tattoo-inspired imagery and the sizes are generous but TSA-approved. My husband, I, and now our daughter all have tattoos, so we’ll be fighting over these.

Badger Balm Basic Shave Set ($44.99)

If Dad loves a wet shave and nourishing products, this set is a really nice gift option. It includes a Pre-Shave Oil, which prepares the skin and hair for shaving, an all-natural, creamy lathering Shave Soap, and a nourishing After Shave Face Oil. The products have little to no scent, so this is a great fit for a guy who doesn’t like fragrance or has his own favorite.

Black Wolf Nation Shower Bundle ($90, value $120)

This limited edition set contains full sizes of essential products that are designed to tackle bacteria, dirt, and grime. The set contains a Charcoal Body Wash, Charcoal Face Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, a vibrating, rechargable Body Scrubber, and a sturdy toiletry bag. The sophisticated packaging makes this an aesthetic winner as well.
