Are you on a shopping break until Black Friday & Cyber Monday? You might want to rethink that strategy. While Black Friday & Cyber Monday typically kick off of the holiday shopping season, this year is different (in more ways than one, obviously). With Amazon Prime Day and sales from lots of competitors last month, the holiday shopping season has already begun.

While the concentration of deals will undoubtedly be the heaviest at the end of the month, retailers are having sales all month long that should not be ignored. From items for the kitchen, to fall apparel, to tech accessories, there’s a sale for just about everyone.

What Not to Buy in November

Furniture

The savings in this category are at their highest in January, due to the shipment of new models in February.

Holiday Decor

If you can hold off until next month, do.  Stores will be anxious to clear space for the post-holiday season, so the discounts will deepen throughout December, reaching clearance levels right before and after the holiday.
