Whether the outdoor enthusiast in your life thrives on back country camping trips or prefers a lazy afternoon on the water, our curated guide will help you choose the ideal gift. From high-performance gear to innovative gadgets, these gifts are designed to enhance their outdoor experience.
Limitless 10K mAh Power Bank with BT Speaker & Carrying Strap ($59.99 on LimitlessInnovations.com)
This 2-in-1 charger offers 10,000 mAh of power plus a Bluetooth speaker. This is the first gadget I’ve seen to offer both – power up to two devices at once and have your favorite tunes at the ready. The speaker sounds pretty good, too! The charger has a lightning input (for charging the power bank), a Type-C input/output, and a USB output port, a battery indicator light, a carrying strap, and a phone stand. Available in Charcoal, Lilac, and Teal. I have the Lilac and it’s really nice!
Luno Packable Camping Pillow, Large ($69.99 on Amazon)
This lightweight, packable pillow is ideal for camping or snoozing in the car on long road trips. It has a dual-sided pillowcase, with one side for colder weather and another for warm weather. The pillow is filled with a blend of memory foam and shredded memory foam filler, making it supportive and incredibly comfortable. The pillow can be rolled up and stored in its own pouch. The pillow is also available in a Medium size for $59.99.
Rumpl Original Puffy Blanket ($99 at Rumpl.com. On sale at the time of this writing)
For the person who is always chilly, this packable blanket can stay in the car for those just-in-case moments, like a chilly evening at the beach or a child’s sporting event. The NanoLoft Travel Blanket is also available in a smaller size, which is ideal for camping and traveling on planes, trains, boats, and buses. Available in lots of colors to reflect their personality.
Pirani Life Insulated Stackable Tumbler, 16oz. ($26.95 on Amazon)
If your recipient spends time on the boat, golf cart or long hours in the car/RV, these stainless steel tumblers will be the gift they will use for years. They are stackable so they don’t take up much precious space in the cabinets, plus, they are insulated, leakproof, and dishwasher-safe. Available in lots of colors, and they can be used for hot and cold beverages.
Evergreen 56 Waterproof Dry Box Protective Case ($33.95 on Amazon)
When you’re camping, fishing, or boating, a waterproof case is a smart bet for protecting valuables from the elements. These sturdy cases are weatherproof and waterproof, and they have locks to keep out curious adventure buddies. The cases, which are made in the U.S., are available in several sizes – including smaller and larger than this one – but I find this 56 case to be the ideal size for all small valuables, like phones, AirPods, a wallet, watch, and medications. The cases are available in several colors and designs, and are customizable on the Evergreen Case website.
Crazy Creek Aircliner ($124.95 on Amazon)
This compact, inflatable chair is ideal for camping, the beach, and those uncomfortable bleachers during sporting events, providing a cushioned seat and back as well as back support. The Aircliner weighs only 29 ounces, and is made of durable, recycled ripstop nylon with carbon fiber support stays. It rolls to a 2.7” diameter when not in use. This handy chair can also lay flat for use as a sleeping pad for camping.
RTIC Outdoors Road Trip Personal Cooler ($55 on Amazon. On sale at the time of this writing)
Ideal for road trips, boat trips, and picnics, this adorable mini cooler will keep food and drinks cold for up to 40 hours, but won’t take up much space. Lightweight, durable, and available in lots of fun colors. My favorite is the one pictured – the Deep Harbor/RTIC Ice.
