At a time when self-care is paramount, beauty and wellness brands are stepping up to help you look and feel your best. From high-tech skincare hair gadgets to sleep-inducing supplements, these innovative solutions will help to enhance your daily routine.

replenishift Oral Sleep Aid Strips ($32.99, Replenishift.com)
Designed to help healthcare workers get quality sleep despite their erratic schedules, these strips dissolve quickly on your tongue and contain relaxing ingredients like low-dose melatonin, valerian root, lavender, chamomile, and hibiscus. They melt on your tongue, and you can feel the effects within a few minutes. They are perfect for those nights when your mind is racing, but you need to rest and wake up refreshed. The brand also has strips for wakefulness.

Goodwipes ($3.36 and up at Walmart)
These flushable botanical wipes will uplevel your toilet paper game in times of need. The wipes are available in scents like calming Lavender and refreshing Botanical Bliss and are designed for “down there,” but I also find them handy for those moments when you need a quick all-over body refresh, like after a workout. Their XL size makes them ideal for both uses.

Curlsmith Defrizzion Travel Hair Dryer ($139, Amazon)
This dryer is designed specifically for curly hair and has three speeds and three heat settings. Infrared and ionizing technology and an extra-large diffuser ensure that my hair dries quickly. There’s no unnecessary air, so my hair is less frizzy than a traditional diffusing dryer. The dryer folds in half, making traveling easier than a typical dryer. My one gripe is that it doesn’t have a hanging loop, but I love it otherwise.

SLATE Electric Flosser ($119, Amazon)
If you want to improve your flossing game, try this 3-speed electric flosser, founded by a dentist mom. This travel-friendly, award-winning, rechargeable dental device thoroughly cleans between teeth while providing a stimulating gum massage. It also has a built-in tongue scraper. It reduces single-use waste with its reusable, replaceable heads.

No Gray Quick Fix ($7.94, Walmart)
Do you have gray hairs that you want to hide? This gel, which is available in four buildable shades, allows you to mask errant grays easily. The pregnancy-safe gel is transfer and sweat-resistant with all-day coverage for the brows, beard, and of course, the hair on your head! You can also use it to fill in thinning spots and create faux highlights or lowlights.

Got2b Glued Brows & Edges Gel ($8.49, Amazon)
This gel will be your new best friend if you have unruly brows or hair (like mine). The vegan formula has a firm hold, and the brush is two-sided, perfect for taming wild, bushy brows or frizzy edges. The got2b Brow & Edges Gel is easy to apply, dries quickly, and doesn’t flake.
