This week’s muse is fashion powerhouse Victoria Vandagriff. Victoria has nearly 20 years experience in the wholesale and retail apparel business. She is President of D2 Brands – Ladies at Delta Galil Industries Ltd. and prior to that, was president of Elle Macpherson Intimates, leading its North American launch along with a number of other brands including Stella McCartney. She also helped to oversee the successful re-launch of the Lauren brand at the Lauren Division of Polo Ralph Lauren. She is a graduate of FIT and lives in New York with her husband, two children and their golden retriever.
Here are Victoria’s beauty secrets:
- “I work out with a trainer two to three times per week. If I didn’t have that appointment on my calendar it would be hard to find the motivation to go – believe it or not, I’m lazy and not very self-motivated about my workouts.
- I get a weekly manicure and a bi-weekly pedicure religiously! During the winter months I go to a salon that also gives back massages while you get a manicure. Love that!!! Good for the head, body and hands!
Yes, I realize that I might sound very high maintenance – LOL!
3. I get blow outs twice a week. I only wash my hair twice a week, which is probably gross to some people, but I’m a believer that it keeps my hair healthy. I’m a freak for Oribe hair products. I keep small travel bottles of their Superfine Hairspray and Cote d’Azur Hair Refresher in my handbag. Love the Aprés Beach and Shine Spray. Live for the Cote d’Azur scent. It’s now my favorite.
4. Revive products! For my decolletage, I use the Revive Fermitif Neck Renewal Cream. I love the fresh rose scent and the rich texture.
5. I love Fresh sugar products because I’m confident when I use them that I am putting only the finest ingredients on my skin. And they smell great! For my body, it’s the Fresh Brown Sugar Body Polish, Brown Sugar Bath & Shower Gel and Sugar Ultra Nourishing body Oil.
6. Lastly, I love to keep great hand cream in my bag. My favorite is Bliss High Intensity Hand Cream with macadamia oil, but I’m also loving the new Moroccan Oil Hand Cream.”
